Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Tender shrimp in a creamy Parmesan sauce, served with al dente pasta.

  • Difficulty: Medium
  • Preparation: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 200 g pasta (of your choice)
  • 300 g shrimp (peeled)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 50 g Parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.
  • Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink.
  • Stir in the cream and Parmesan, bring to a boil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the cooked pasta with the shrimp-cream sauce and serve immediately.
