Panamanian-Style Shrimp Rice

A creamy and hearty seafood casserole, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Preparation:
15 minutes
Ingredients:
250 g shrimp (peeled)
150 g mussels or other seafood
1 small onion (diced)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 bell pepper (diced)
2 tomatoes (diced)
200 ml cream or coconut milk
100 g grated cheese
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika
Steps:
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until golden.
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes until done.
Add white wine and let it reduce slightly.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
