Garlic Shrimp

A classic of Spanish cuisine featuring crispy shrimp in an aromatic garlic and white wine sauce.

  • Preparation: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Margenuss shrimp
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 60 ml white wine
  • Fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced garlic and sauté for about 1–2 minutes until golden.
  • Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes until done.
  • Pour in the white wine and let it reduce slightly.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
